SAU's S9006 shoulder cutters are used in all metalworking workshops for machining flat surfaces and right angles of 90°.
Negative insert cutters perform on all materials and with a wide range of cutter bodies.

The S9006 cutters, despite having a negative insert, offer a gentle cut and an excellent finish, both surface and repeatability, on the 90°. The S9006 is undoubtedly one of the top-of-the-line cutters for repeatability.
The S9006 Shoulder Milling Cutters feature either a 10 mm or a 06 mm insert side. Both insert sides deliver high performance across various machining operations and on all workable materials.
The 06 mm side is used for excellent-level stock removal of 1-2 mm. Since it has 6 cutting edges, it offers a very low cost-per-edge, ensuring significant market competitiveness.
The 10 mm side, being much more robust than the 06 mm version, provides optimal performance at depths of cut of up to 8 mm, with good performance even on highly hard materials.
The 10 mm side utilizes the ground and lapped TNGX 100608 .X57P insert in grade N3620, which is specifically designed for non-ferrous materials and performs exceptionally well on aluminum.
A wide range of cutters is available starting from a minimum diameter of 20 mm up to a maximum diameter of 125 mm. There are cutters of various lengths, with attachments: cylindrical, weldon, sleeve and finally the threaded one.
The S9006 Shoulder Cutters are used extensively in all sectors, embracing medium finish and medium roughing workings.
Thanks to the wide range of grades and chip breakers, these inserts guarantee the processing of any material with excellent performance.
Due to the significant increase in carbide globally, with unprecedented prices, we recommend using these cutters, which offer significant savings in cutting edge costs.
Thanks to its advanced technologies, with a specific department of Special and customized tools, SAU is able to offer tailor-made solutions guaranteeing excellent results in all processes.
The SAU Special Department offers a turnkey package, from study to need, to construction and putting in the machine, all thanks to a know-how of more than 40 years.
