Why is it better to use the Disolplus DS300V

The Disolplus DS300V for machine tools has been conceived and designed to collect and remove lubricating oil from the coolant tanks.
Equipped with a separating tank, it is the best in its class thanks to several innovative solutions.

To increase the efficiency of extraction, it is equipped with a propeller that, by moving the emulsion in the tank, allows to extract greater quantities of oil at the same time.
The high capacity of the emulsion cleaner is highly controllable, the built-in potentiometer makes it possible to adjust the belt speed according to your needs.

Safety is guaranteed by the presence of a level sensor, capable of stopping the device if the container of extracted oil is completely full.
In addition, to ensure the health of the environment, the Disolplus system also acts as an oxygenator for machine tools. It is in fact equipped with an auxiliary compressor that, by injecting oxygen into the emulsion, allows to limit bacterial proliferation.

Equipped with a modular system of extensions and straps, Disolplus is adaptable to tanks with depths up to 2500 mm. This feature, combined with the automatic belt tensioning system, makes Disolplus the ideal industrial oil remover for any context.
