Thanks to the automatic torque adjustment system, the DINAPLUS® dynamometric screwdriver allows you to fix blades, screws and bolts precisely, eliminating slippage, vibrations and the risk of damaging the tools.
Unlike a common manual or electric screwdriver, DINAPLUS® automatically adjusts the clamping force, always ensuring the correct torque depending on the blade used.
How many times have you broken an insert while tightening?
How many times has a screw not been tightened properly or, on the contrary, been damaged by excessive torque?
These drawbacks are particularly frequent with TORX® and TORX® PLUS impression tools, which require precise clamping torque to ensure optimal performance.
With DINAPLUS®, torque is set automatically, allowing the necessary force to be applied without compromising the integrity of the impressions and ensuring always reliable tightening.

DINAPLUS® offers numerous operational advantages:
Automatic torque adjustment and immediate self-setting
Precise and constant tightening
Compatibility with different blades
Easier unscrewing and no cam-out effect
Optimization of applied force

One of the main advantages of DINAPLUS® is its rapid deployment. The system automatically self-adjusts, eliminating the need for manual settings and reducing work time.
Each blade is used with the correct torque, avoiding both insufficient and excessive tightening, which can cause inserts, screws, or components to break.
DINAPLUS® comes with a complete kit of TORX® (T6-T20) and TORX® PLUS (IP6-IP20) blades, easily recognizable thanks to the color coding:
Yellow for TORX blades®
Blue for TORX® PLUS blades
Thus, the operator has a single solution for many applications without the need for several screwdrivers.
Thanks to the correct initial tightening, unscrewing operations are also simpler and safer. Optimizing torque dramatically reduces the cam-out effect, decreasing the risk of insert and screw breakage and making any intervention faster.
The DINAPLUS® screwdriver body is made of anodized aluminum, a material that ensures strength, lightness and high wear resistance.
Blades are also designed to last longer. Should one of them wear out or break, it will be sufficient to replace the single insert, without having to purchase a new complete screwdriver, with a clear economic saving.

USE: Insert the blade in the handle suited to the torx head screw to use but before doing so, make sure it has snapped in (you should hear a “click”), (the number gives the exact size) (fig.1a). To screw down, turn the screwdriver clockwise until you hear the click, which means the tightening torque is right (fig.2), while to unscrew it turn the screwdriver anticlockwise (fig.3). All blades can be taken out of the handle only when the latter is in the neutral position (fig.1b) and straight after the tightening click of a screw (fig.2); the screwdriver could be damaged if done any differently. |
